RiwaPlay is a real-time audio community where users can participate in voice rooms, communicate with others, and engage in social activities. To maintain a positive environment, all users are required to follow the rules laid out in this document.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Once updated Terms are published in the app, they become effective immediately. Continued usage signifies acceptance of the revised version.
RiwaPlay provides a variety of interactive features, including but not limited to:
Voice Chat Rooms: Participate in live audio conversations with individuals or groups.
Social Tools: Discover new people, join interactive group sessions, and expand your social circle.
Virtual Gifting: Send and receive in-app digital items as a social expression.
Your participation must comply with our standards as well as local laws and regulations.
Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below may result in temporary or permanent removal of your account:
Sharing unlawful, violent, hateful, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful material.
Attempting to mislead, exploit, or endanger others.
Engaging in harassment, gambling, fraud, or distributing harmful information.
Bypassing moderation tools, damaging platform integrity, or pretending to be another person.
Posting or promoting any content involving minors, which is strictly prohibited.
Severe violations will receive priority handling and may be addressed within 24 hours.
The platform is intended for adults aged 18 years or older (or the legal age in your location).
By accessing RiwaPlay, you confirm that
You meet the age requirement.
You are legally competent to enter into this agreement.
You agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and all accompanying guidelines.
If a minor is detected, the account will be deactivated immediately.
Creating an Account

Accounts belong solely to the individual who registered them.
You may not create or manage an account on behalf of someone else without explicit permission.
Suspension or Termination
Your account may be limited, suspended, or removed if:
You violate these Terms.

Depending on severity, we may suspend your access with or without advance notice.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account via Settings → Delete Account.
Once confirmed:
All data, assets, and balances will be erased.
Access cannot be restored.
Virtual coins and items are non-refundable.
This action is irreversible.
Users may upload text, audio, photos, and other materials (“User Content”). By doing so, you agree to the following guidelines:
You may NOT upload content that:
Involves minors in any capacity
Promotes harassment, threats, or bullying
Contains explicit, obscene, or sexual material
Encourages illegal activity or harmful behavior
Includes malware or malicious code
Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
You are fully responsible for the material you submit. Violations may lead to:
Removal of the content
Account suspension or termination
Legal action when applicable
By submitting content, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or display your content as needed for service functionality and promotion.
You must hold the rights to any content you share on the platform.
All logos, software, branding, and service elements belong exclusively to RiwaPlay.
You receive only a limited personal license to use the app.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.
The App may offer virtual items and digital rewards ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased, earned, or received through ONLY the App's features and activities .
Virtual Items are intended solely for entertainment purposes within the App.
Virtual Items:
Have no cash value.
Are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for money or legal tender.
Cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred, traded, assigned, or otherwise monetized.
May only be used within the App and have no value or utility outside the App.
The App does not support gambling activities, betting services, or the conversion of Virtual Items into money, financial assets, or any form of monetary value.
Virtual Items are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be treated as money or exchanged for monetary value.
All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or terminate pricing, usage rules, limits, restrictions, and other operational requirements relating to Virtual Items at any time.
The Company may suspend, deduct, cancel, invalidate, or revoke Virtual Items, and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, disputes, refunds, violations of these Terms, or applicable laws.
Any virtual reward items such as gold coins or game coins are strictly non-cash redeemable, cannot be transferred peer-to-peer and may not be used outside of the application.
